Q: How do I get my pictures or videos to Video Editor SC?
A: If they are hard copies (photographs, tapes, etc...) they must be shipped if not in local area.
A: If they are in digital format, there are many free services which enable sending large files. The services we most commonly use are wetransfer.com or dropbox
Q: Can I view my project before getting the final copy.
A: Yes. We will upload your project to a service such as Youtube or Vimeo, then set up a conference call with you to view and discuss any changes that may need to be made.
Q: How and when do I pay?
A: For most projects we will do the job, view it as stated above, finalize it, then bill you through paypal. Bill must be paid in full before we send completed job to you, whether hard copies or digital.
A: If job is very large and will require extensive editing, we require a 50% deposit on agreed quote.
